The territory in which the project is set is characterised by elongated rectangular agricultural plots, delimited by the presence of dry stone walls that create a regular scanning pattern on hilly terrain. These elements were analysed, reworked and shaped to become characterising factors of the project idea. The idea was to design a house that dialogues and at the same time has a direct relationship of continuity with the external environment. The design action of continuing the lines drawn by the dry-stone walls, shaping them to create wall partitions connected to thin horizontal elements has given rise to an artefact that is in complete harmony with its surroundings. The interiors enter into a visual relationship with the outdoor spaces through large windows that enhance the panoramic views of the surrounding nature. Outside, the swimming pool projects the house towards the horizon.
