The area in which the project is set is characterized by elongated rectangular agricultural lots, bordered by the presence of dry stone walls that create a regular scanning pattern on hilly terrain. These elements were analyzed, reworked and shaped to become characterizing factors of the design idea. The idea was to design a house that dialogues and at the same time has a direct relationship of continuity with the external environment. The design action of continuing the lines drawn by the dry stone walls, shaping them to create wall partitions connected to thin horizontal elements resulted in an artifact that is in full harmony with its surroundings. The interiors enter into a visual relationship with the outdoor spaces through large windows that enhance the panoramic views of the surrounding nature. Outside, the swimming pool projects the house toward the horizon.
