FC House

A road separates the land from the sea in the neighbouring bay; the idea is to raise the house so as to visually bypass this barrier and put the house in direct relation to the sea. The move upwards creates a sheltered and discreet space for parking. Access through the staircase that dematerialises upwards leads to an open space overlooking the sea. At the rear of the dwelling are the bedrooms arranged along an interior patio that accommodates the swimming pool. Screening surfaces filter the light, protecting from the winds and sunlight and ensuring privacy inside.
